"When we started with our ProgressCRM implementation, we were a little concerned. Not only was it a fairly complex implementation (we wanted to synchronise parts of the data across three different ProgressCRM installations), but we also felt a bit uneasy, as Belgian organisations, working with a consultant abroad and using mainly online communication tools.
